Cancellation & No-Show Policy. (i) Notify Klook on @klookkreator Instagram / klookkreator@klook.com at least 3 working days in advance if you cannot attend. (ii) Unnotified no-shows will result in loss of eligibility for future sponsorship of activities and the kreator will need to bear the cost of the activity or experience.
Klook perpetual usage rights. You agree that upon agreement via the sponsorship interest form, Klook rights include, but are not limited to, the perpetual rights to: (i) use, re-use, publish, re-publish, produce and reproduce the Deliverables; (ii) exhibit, transmit, broadcast, televise, digitize, display the Deliverables; (iii) alter, modify or otherwise change the Deliverables in any manner Klook desires; (iv) combine the Deliverables with textual matter and/or with other pictures and/or media; and (v) use the Deliverables for illustration, promotion, art, editorial, advertising, trade, publishing, or any other purpose whatsoever.
By participating in the Sponsored Activity and using the Sponsored Code(s) from Klook, you acknowledge to be bound by: (i) Affiliate Partner Agreement (https://affiliate.klook.com/help/terms_conditions); (ii) Klook's General Terms of Use (https://www.klook.com/en-US/conditions/); (iii) Klook's Privacy Policy (https://www.klook.com/en-US/policy/); and (iv) Content Guidelines, Cancellation & No-Show Policy and Klook perpetual usage rights (as set out above), as may be amended or modified from time to time at Klook's sole discretion.
